Goods must be returned to us (recorded delivery is recommended, but not vital) in their original, undamaged condition using the original packaging if possible. All return postal costs remain the responsibility of the buyer (unless it's our mistake!). (There may also be a restocking fee based on the original postage we paid.) Please enclose your eBay User ID and your address with your return, so we can trace the original order, Thank you. Once the returned item is received in a satisfactory resalable condition a refund will be issued, usually within 48 hours.
